1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the service relationship between Turnel and the customer for Cloud VPS and KVM hosting solutions. Accessing or using any hosting plan constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Service Scope
Turnel provides Cloud VPS and KVM based hosting products intended for secure, reliable, and scalable digital hosting. The exact service scope depends on the selected plan and any additional customer requirements agreed in writing.
3. Pricing
Current monthly pricing is 2GB Cloud VPS at 1000 tk, 4GB Cloud VPS at 2000 tk, 8GB Cloud VPS at 4000 tk, and 16GB Cloud VPS at 8000 tk. These pricing values are subject to change only when communicated through official channels or recorded in the active service order.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed after payment confirmation or approved billing arrangement. Turnel may refuse or delay an order if information is incomplete, suspected of fraud, or inconsistent with acceptable service use.
5. Provisioning
Once payment is confirmed, Turnel will proceed with provisioning in a reasonable timeframe. Activation speed depends on demand, technical configuration, and verification requirements. Turnel does not guarantee an exact deployment deadline.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for the lawful operation and security of all content, applications, and data stored on the server. Customers must ensure they comply with the law and respect the rights of others.
7. Acceptable Use
The service may not be used for unethical, illegal, or harmful activity, including spam, phishing, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, brute-force campaigns, privacy violations, cryptocurrency abuse, unauthorized access, or any activity that damages the network or disrupts other parties.
8. Fair Use
Usage should remain within reasonable levels for the selected plan. Excessive resource consumption that negatively impacts shared infrastructure or other hosted services may be restricted, limited, or addressed through plan adjustments.
9. Support and Availability
Turnel provides support in a commercially reasonable manner but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or the total elimination of technical incidents. Service interruption due to maintenance, external systems, or unforeseeable events may occur.
10. Backups and Data Protection
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups and recovery procedures. Turnel does not guarantee preservation of customer files beyond the standard hosting operations and should not be treated as a dedicated backup provider.
11. Suspension and Termination
Turnel may suspend or terminate services if there is an overdue payment, abusive behavior, illegal activity, security concern, network risk, or breach of these terms. Immediate action may be taken in serious cases to protect the integrity of the platform.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official support channel. Refunds are granted only when permitted under the service policy and are not automatic once a service has been activated or consumed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Turnel is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from service disruption or downtime. Liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the relevant service period.
14. Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Turnel from claims, losses, or legal exposure caused by their misuse of the service, unlawful activities, or security issues related to their hosted environment.
15. Intellectual Property
All Turnel branding, website content, and design assets remain the property of Turnel or its licensors. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written authorization.
16. Policy Changes
Turnel may revise these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of the service after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised agreement.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operating jurisdiction of Turnel. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
18. Contact
For support, billing, or service requests, customers should use the Contact Us page or the official communication method provided by Turnel.
By ordering and using Turnel services, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
